Usage
- Download the Linear Image Cloud template
- Unzip the downloaded zip file
- Navigate to the Scenes folder
- Open the Scene file in Cavalry
- In Cavalry open the Control Centre via
Window > Control Centre - Change the Control Centre attributes to your liking
Controls
Composition
Background
Adjusts the background color and transparency of the composition.
Resolution
Sets the resolution of the composition. The image cloud updates automatically to match.
Start/End Playback
Defines the playback range that will be rendered.
Scene Frame Rate
Sets the frame rate of the scene.
A - Cloud Speed
Speed Multiplier
Multiplies the overall speed of the image cloud.
B - Image Shape
Image Size
Sets the size of the individual images in the cloud.
Corner Radius
Adjusts the roundness of the image corners.
C - Image & Video Shader
Scale Mode
Controls how images or videos are fitted inside their containers.
Video Frame Rate
Sets the playback frame rate for videos used in the template.
D - Image Duplicator
Number of Cards
Sets how many image cards are used to create the cloud.
Rotation
Changes the direction of the image cloud.
E - Cloud Size
Cloud Scale
Increases or decreases the overall width and height of the image cloud.
F - Image Random Size
Minimum Scale
Sets the smallest possible scale for the randomly sized images.
Maximum Scale
Sets the largest possible scale for the randomly sized images.
Random Seed
Creates a new random size variation while keeping the same minimum and maximum scale settings.
G - Image Size Falloff
Falloff Size
Controls the area where images are visible and scaled up. Outside the falloff area, images scale down to zero.
H - Image Random Y Position
Random Seed
Creates a new random vertical position variation for the images in the cloud.
I - Image Y Pos Falloff
Falloff Size
Controls where images move into their assigned Y positions. Outside the falloff area, they stay closer to the center.
J - Image Noise Jitter
Jitter Amplitude
Controls the strength of the noise movement applied to the images.
Jitter Frequency
Controls how fast or detailed the noise movement feels.
K - Image Interval
Interval: First & Last Image
Sets the time offset between the first and last image, allowing you to spread out the cards across the cloud.
