Metaball
Create smooth, organic metaball blending between shapes in your Cavalry projects. Nearby shapes merge together with soft, blobby transitions — ideal for liquid motion graphics, abstract blobs, and organic UI effects.
Detection Modes
Three ways to detect input shapes: Alpha (default, uses transparency), Luminance (brightness), or Color (chroma/saturation). Each mode determines which pixel property drives the metaball field, so the effect works on a wide range of source material.
Metaball Field
Fine-tune how shapes merge with Threshold, Falloff Power, Blur, and Smoothing controls. Adjust the blend radius for tight or expansive merging, control how sharply edges transition, and expand the field to make shapes connect sooner.
Fill & Outline
Optionally replace the blended source colors with a solid fill, or add an outline around the merged shapes. Both support full RGBA color for creative flexibility.
